Are API messages different for the customer?
No, the customer receives them in regular WhatsApp. A "Business" badge appears next to your company name, with logo and a website button. Professional experience without installing any new app.
Can order notifications be automated?
Yes. When an order is placed: order confirmation auto-sent, ZATCA-compliant PDF invoice, shipment tracking, post-purchase review reminder. All automatic, no manual intervention.
Does it support bulk marketing messages?
Yes — within Meta and WhatsApp official policies. Approved Marketing Templates are sent to customers who opted in. The customer must have messaged you first or consented to receive messages.
How long does activation take?
Technical activation takes 24–72 hours once you have: a commercial registration, a business phone number (not previously used on WhatsApp), and a connected Facebook page. Watily handles the Meta verification end-to-end.
Do I need a new number, or can I use my current one?
