What is Watily Cashier Pro?
Cashier Pro is a cloud point-of-sale system for restaurants, cafés and retail shops. One subscription brings the cashier terminal, kitchen display, customer order display, shifts and cash drawer and sales reports, together with the online store, loyalty cards and Invoice Pro, with 2 branches and 2 cashier devices included.
How much does Cashier Pro cost?
Cashier Pro is an add-on to the Basic plan at SAR 123 per month or SAR 1,476 per year, SAR 172 per month in total with Basic (SAR 49). The POS cashier is included at no extra cost in the Growth plan (SAR 249) with 5 branches and 5 devices, and in the Pro plan (SAR 549) with 10 branches and 10 devices. Prices exclude VAT.
Do I need special hardware or software to install?
No. Cashier Pro runs in the browser on an iPad, a Windows PC or any tablet, so there is no dedicated POS terminal to buy. Direct USB printing uses Chrome or Edge on a computer, and Epson network printers work from any device.
Which printers and devices are supported?
It prints receipts on 58 or 80 mm paper through browser printing, directly with ESC/POS over USB or serial, or to Epson printers on the network, and opens the cash drawer on cash sales through the printer. It accepts wired and Bluetooth barcode scanners, the device camera, and weighing-scale labels carrying weight or price.
Are receipts ZATCA compliant?
Every sale is recorded as an invoice in Invoice Pro, and the printed receipt carries the ZATCA simplified tax invoice QR code once your VAT number is set. Every return automatically issues a credit note.
Does the cashier work offline?
Yes for quick-service sales: if the connection drops, sales are saved on the device and sent automatically when the internet returns. Table orders, returns, voids and loyalty need a connection.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash with quick-amount buttons and change due, card with the approval code recorded, bank transfer, your own methods such as on-account, paying with loyalty points, and a payment link sent to the customer on WhatsApp that closes the order once paid. A bill can be split across several methods.
Is there a kitchen display and an order display?
Yes. The kitchen display colours orders by preparation time and marks each item ready, and kitchen tickets go to printers by category. The customer order display is a link you open on any TV to show order numbers and status, and customers get a ready alert on their wallet card or WhatsApp. Kitchen and display screens are free and do not count toward the device limit.
How are shifts and the cash drawer handled?
The cashier opens a shift with an opening float, records cash in, cash out and drops to the safe, and at close counts notes and coins to see expected versus counted, then prints an X or Z report. End day closes every till and produces the day report.
Can I move my products from Foodics or another system?
Yes. The Foodics import brings products, categories, barcodes and modifiers from a CSV or Excel file, and you can also add products by hand or from your Watily store.
Is the cashier connected to loyalty, stock and the online store?
Yes. The cashier finds customers by phone or by scanning their card, so they earn points, redeem rewards and get their level discount. Stock is deducted on every sale and restored on returns, including recipe ingredients. Online store orders (pickup and delivery) can be switched on to appear on the cashier screen.
Who is Cashier Pro for?
Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, retail shops and grocery stores. It is not available for services or clinic stores, or for stores that use the booking system.
