Orders & POS
Catalogue, cart, options and add-ons, delivery and pickup orders, plus a POS for the branch.
We design your app from scratch around your requirements — store, clinic, restaurant, salon, workshop or events — and publish it on Google Play under your name. More importantly: the app is wired to your website, to WhatsApp, and to a full management system (orders, bookings, ZATCA invoices, loyalty, reports) in one dashboard.
Everything runs on the same data: a product you edit shows up in the app and on the site, and an incoming order fires a WhatsApp message and issues a compliant invoice — no scattered systems, no double entry.
Catalogue, cart, options and add-ons, delivery and pickup orders, plus a POS for the branch.
Order confirmation, status updates, cart recovery, and targeted campaigns — automatically.
Phase-2 compliant invoices with a QR code and Fatoora integration.
24/7 booking from the app with reminders that cut no-shows.
Points and cards on Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Unlimited instant notifications — offers, order status, reminders.
The same products and stock in the app and the store — no double entry.
A fast branded site that ranks on Google and drives app installs.
Sales, best sellers, and customer behaviour in one dashboard.
Staff permissions and multi-branch management from one account.
Your customer picks whichever channel suits them, and you run all of it from one place: the same products, customers, orders and reports.
Your loyal customer — notifications, loyalty, faster reorders.
The new customer — finds you on Google and buys right away.
Conversation and follow-up — confirmations, campaigns, replies.
We do not sell one template to everyone — the screens and the customer journey are built around your type of business.
Catalogue and products, cart and checkout, offers, and order tracking — on your existing stock.
Appointment booking, patient profile, pre-visit reminders, and compliant service invoices.
Photo menu, add-ons and options, delivery and pickup, and live order status.

The Watily app itself: manage your store and orders, WhatsApp campaigns, invitations and RSVPs — from your phone.
com.watily.appInstead of paying a large upfront development fee, the app is included in the monthly Pro plan alongside every Watily system — with a 6-month minimum on the first subscription covering design, build and publishing.
Transparently: the publishing included today is Android on Google Play. An Apple (App Store) version is a following stage whose requirements and timing we explain at signing. Large custom requirements outside the scope are quoted separately and clearly before we start.
The app itself is ready in about a week for local testing and development, so you see and try your build early. After that comes store review, which is out of our hands: publishing the Android version on Google Play takes around 20 days for Google approval, and the iPhone version on the App Store takes around a month for Apple approval — assuming no issues. If the app is rejected for any reason (a policy or content requirement) it can take longer. We walk you through all of this before we start.
Yes. The app is published under your business name, logo and colours on Google Play, with its own store listing and a link you share with your customers. It is not a shared app or a white-label screen inside someone else's app — it is an independent build around your requirements.
Yes — publishing on the App Store is available alongside Google Play. The difference is review time: Android takes around 20 days for Google approval, and iPhone around a month for Apple approval once the app is complete — and longer if the store asks for changes. We walk you through each store's requirements and timing at signing.
Because an app is not a switch we flip: there is a requirements session, custom UI design, development, integration with your system, and publishing under your name on the store. The 6-month minimum on the Pro plan covers that work instead of a separate setup fee — after it you simply continue month to month.
You need a commercial registration to publish the app under your business name and for ZATCA-compliant invoicing. A VAT number is only required if you are VAT-registered and want to issue tax invoices from the app.
Yes. Watily integrates with Salla and Zid, so your orders, customers and inventory stay where they are and the app becomes an extra storefront for your customers with WhatsApp automation and instant notifications. We review your setup in the requirements session.
After 6 months the subscription simply continues monthly on the Pro plan, and the app stays live on the store with technical updates, support and store-policy maintenance included. Large new additions outside the original scope are quoted separately and transparently.
Yes. Unlimited free push notifications to your customers (offers, order status, appointment reminders), and you can combine them with WhatsApp messages from the same dashboard to reach people who have not opened the app.
