What is Watily Game Hub?
A management system for gaming lounges that brings online station booking, a live board with session timers, pricing, menu orders, tournaments, staff shifts and loyalty points into one dashboard connected to WhatsApp.
Which stations and games does it support?
It ships with ready types such as PlayStation 5, billiards, table tennis, baloot and jakaro, and private rooms, and you can add any other station type and set the number of stations and a code for each one in settings.
How do customers book a station online?
Customers pick the game, time and duration on your lounge booking page, confirm their phone with a code sent on WhatsApp, then pay the booking or a deposit according to your policy. The system assigns a free station and prevents double booking.
How is a session priced?
You set the rules per game: hourly or half-hour rates, promotions on chosen days and hours, weekend prices, a price per extra controller or racket, or a per-person price, with grace minutes. The timer calculates cost live and excludes paused time.
Can a session be paused, extended or moved to another station?
Yes. From the live board staff can pause and resume a session, extend it by extra minutes, change the number of controllers or players, or move the customer to another station without losing time or charges.
Can customers order from the menu while playing?
Yes. Customers order drinks and food from the lounge menu and the orders are added to that station’s tab, so the session and orders are paid together at checkout, and staff see open orders per station.
How do I run a tournament?
Create the tournament with its title, date, registration window, entry fee and capacity; it appears on your lounge page where players register and pay online until the seats are filled.
How much is Game Hub and which plan includes it?
Game Hub is included in the Growth plan at SAR 249 per month and the Pro plan at SAR 549 per month, with 20% off yearly billing and a 2-day free trial. For a small lounge run by one person, it can be added to the Basic plan (SAR 49) as an add-on for SAR 49 per month or SAR 490 per year, SAR 98 per month in total; the Basic plan has no free trial. Prices exclude VAT.
How is Game Hub activated?
Subscribe to Growth or Pro and enable Game Hub from your Watily dashboard, or add it to the Basic plan from the Watily App Store, then add your stations, prices and menu. It needs an active Watily store for the booking page and menu, and our team helps you set up on WhatsApp.
