Does the signer need a Watily account?
No. Each signer receives a personal link on WhatsApp, verifies their phone number with an OTP code, then reviews and signs the contract directly in the browser — no app install, no account.
Can more than one person sign a contract?
Yes, add up to 50 signers per contract, with sequential signing that moves from one party to the next, or parallel signing where everyone can sign without waiting on the others.
Can I edit a contract after sending it?
You can edit the contract, its parties, and signature positions while it is still a draft. Once the signing journey starts, sensitive elements lock to protect what has already been recorded.
What happens if a party rejects the contract?
A signer can reject the contract and state a reason. The rejection is logged immediately in the contract status and event log for the contract owner to see.
Are the documents publicly visible?
No. Contracts are private by default and stored in storage separated per business. Public visibility only applies to documents you choose to place on your public business profile.
Is Watily Sign a certified digital signature?
Watily Sign provides an advanced electronic signature backed by verification and an event log — not a certified digital signature based on a certification authority. It should not be used for transactions that are legally excluded or restricted.
