Does the customer need an iOS or Android app?
No. Apple Wallet is built into every iPhone, and Google Wallet is built into most Android phones. The customer installs nothing — just taps "Add" from the WhatsApp message.
How does the customer add the card from WhatsApp?
After their first transaction, the customer gets a WhatsApp message from your store's number with the card image and an "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" button. One tap and it's in their pocket.
How are points added or the card stamped at purchase?
Two ways: 1) Your staff opens the Watily dashboard on their phone, searches by customer number and adds a point. 2) Customer shows the QR from their Wallet card and the cashier scans it. Point appears instantly on the customer's card + push alert.
Can I customize the card (logo, colors)?
Yes. Pick color, add logo, set front and back. The card appears with your brand identity inside the customer's Wallet.
How many points per SAR? Who sets redemption rules?
You set them. E.g. SAR 1 = 1 point, 100 points = SAR 10 discount. Or "10 services, 11th free". Rules are editable any time from the dashboard.
