Frequently asked questions

Is the system compliant with Ministry of Hajj and Umrah requirements?

The system helps you organize your internal data and track pilgrims. It is not an official entry system into the "Aamal" platform or the e-Hajj platform — data must be exported and entered manually into official platforms. We provide Excel reports compatible with ministry templates.

How many pilgrims per campaign?

From 50 to 5,000 pilgrims per campaign. Number of campaigns per account is unlimited. Each campaign has its own dashboard.

How does the family app work?

After pilgrim registration, each family gets a WhatsApp link that adds a small web app to their phone (PWA, no store download). They see: pilgrim's approximate location, latest update from the supervisor, prayer times in Makkah/Medina, and the ability to book a call with the supervisor.

Does the system work in Makkah and Medina? What about internet?

Yes. The system is designed for Saudi mobile networks (STC, Mobily, Zain) at the holy sites. The app works in offline mode and syncs later when network is available, even inside Arafah and Muzdalifah tents.

Does it support pilgrims from outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Pilgrim registration supports passports from all countries; Arabic, English, Urdu, Indonesian, and Malay are all supported. The family app is available in all of those languages.

How much for a 200-pilgrim campaign?
