The problem

Fleet management today: Excel, a WhatsApp group, and the supervisor's memory

Delivery companies run dozens of riders on scattered files — deductions get lost, iqamas expire without warning, and the hard-working rider is treated exactly like the negligent one.

Fines

An iqama that expired silently

A registration, iqama, or operation card expires with no alert — and the fine arrives before anyone knows.

Leakage

Deductions never reach payroll

Absence and rejections are logged in one file, salaries computed in another — and the owner pays the difference.

Fairness

Nobody knows who is best

Without quality grading, bonuses are arbitrary and your best rider leaves for someone who values them.

The system

Six pillars, powered by a single file

Everything starts by uploading the HungerStation or Jahez report as-is — no re-typing; the system builds the rest.

One-click import

Upload the Looker Studio report exactly as you downloaded it.

  • HungerStation & Jahez, each in its own account
  • New riders detected and created automatically
  • Duplicate protection and plan limits

Monthly compliance

Attendance, absence, and rejections — computed on actual working days.

  • The weekly day off never counts as absence
  • Automatic, reviewable deductions
  • Post deductions to HR payroll in one click — no double-counting

A–F quality grading

Every rider earns a monthly grade from real performance.

  • A per-order bonus for every tier
  • Paid as real loyalty points in their wallet
  • Their card color follows their grade

Expiry reminders

WhatsApp reminds you 30, 14, 7 days and 1 day before.

  • Rider iqamas, passports, and licenses
  • Vehicle registrations, insurance, operation cards
  • Your own company records (CR, licenses)

Full vehicle files

A file for every vehicle, from purchase to accident.

  • Maintenance, spare parts, and fuel
  • Accidents and insurance claims
  • Authorizations and operation cards

Finance, ready

ZATCA-compliant tax invoices and employee contracts.

  • Certified QR invoices
  • Contracts and letters from the employee file
  • Full HR included in the plan
The feature nobody else has

A live ID card in every rider's phone wallet

Not a printed photo to be forgotten — an Apple Wallet & Google Wallet card that updates itself every day.

Their photo and plate on the front

Business-card design: a circular photo, and the plate drawn like a real Saudi plate with separated letters.

It updates itself

Order counter, quality grade, and status change on the card automatically — and its color follows the grade.

Arabic or English, per device

The card renders in the rider's own phone language, zero setup.

A QR code that logs attendance

The supervisor scans the rider's card and attendance is logged, verified — no paper signature.

Revoked the moment they resign

Rider left? Their card freezes instantly from the dashboard — nothing remains proving they belong to your company.

Delivered three ways

A button in their Watily app account, a QR scanned off the manager's screen, or a WhatsApp link.

FAQ

Watily Fleet — FAQ

What is Watily Fleet?

Watily Fleet is a Saudi system for managing delivery-rider fleets for HungerStation and Jahez companies. You upload the platform's weekly report as-is, and the system computes compliance and deductions, grades every rider from A to F, sends WhatsApp reminders before iqamas and registrations expire, and issues each rider a live ID card in their phone wallet.

How does it import HungerStation and Jahez data?

Download the Looker Studio report from the platform as you always do, and upload it to Watily in one click — no re-typing. Each platform is tracked in its own account, new riders in the report are created automatically, and duplicate uploads are fully protected against.

How are deductions and quality grades calculated?

Monthly compliance is computed on actual working days: attendance, absence, and order rejections, with the weekly day off excluded from absence. Deductions are automatic and reviewable before approval, and post to HR payroll in one click with no double-counting. The grade is computed monthly from each rider's real performance, A through F, and every tier carries a per-order bonus paid as real loyalty points into their wallet.

What is the rider wallet card?

An Apple Wallet and Google Wallet card carrying the rider's photo and their vehicle plate drawn like a real Saudi plate. It updates itself: order counter, quality grade, status — even the card's color follows the grade. A supervisor scans the card's QR code to log verified attendance, and if the rider resigns the card is frozen instantly from the dashboard.

How much does Watily Fleet cost and how is it calculated?

The rule is simple: 150 SAR per month for the first 25 riders, then just 10 SAR for every additional block of 25. For example: a 100-rider fleet costs 180 SAR, and a 500-rider fleet costs 340 SAR per month — and the plan includes everything: loyalty, WhatsApp, HR, and ZATCA invoices with no hidden add-ons.

What expiry reminders does it send?

WhatsApp reminds you 30, 14, and 7 days plus 1 day before any document expires: rider iqamas, passports, and licenses; vehicle registrations, insurance, and operation cards; and even your own company records like the commercial register and municipal licenses — so no fine ever arrives unannounced.

Does it cover vehicle management too?

Yes. Every vehicle gets a full file from purchase to accident: maintenance, spare parts, and fuel; accidents and insurance claims; authorizations and operation cards — all linked to the rider who drives it.

Can riders see their own performance?

Yes — every rider gets a Watily app account showing today's and this month's orders against target, their grade and expected bonus, transparent earnings and deductions, and document alerts before expiry. The same transparency that protects your rights protects theirs — so they stay.
