  • Refunds are not provided for partial or unused subscription periods.

  • Content shared on Watily must comply with applicable laws, including Saudi business regulations.

  • Watily reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

  • All software, branding, and content on Watily are the intellectual property of Watily and its licensors.

  • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Watily follows strict security protocols to protect user data.

  • We do not sell or share personal data without user consent.

  • Users must adhere to our Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Watily is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage.

  • Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party failures do not qualify for compensation.

8. Termination & Suspension

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

  • Watily reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

  • Upon termination, user data may be retained for a limited period, as required by law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, in accordance with Saudi commercial regulations.
